(for 2-4 persons) These apartments are a smaller than type 1 and are either on the ground floor or the second floor.
The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen. Living room with dining area and direct access to the balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a shower/WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air-conditioning. Separate bathroom with a shower/WC.

A high-class bungalow complex with 39 semi-detached bungalows, a large swimming pool and a tennis court. The complex is newly built and the houses are excellent in respect of the design, architecture and furniture. They are close to the center of Flic en Flac so that you can easily walk to the restaurants in the evening. The beach in Flic en Flac is also very good and is within easy walking distance.

First floor: Bathroom with shower/WC, 2 bedrooms with a big single bed in each, 1 bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, large balcony with pool view.
Second floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and it's own bathroom with
shower/WC, large balcony with pool view.
